1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UTM Builder (https://utm-builder.appsnap.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

UTM Builder provides a free UTM link generation tool and optional Pro subscription features including saved link libraries, bulk CSV building, short links, analytics, and API access.

3. Free and Pro Plans

The free plan allows up to 10 UTM links per day with no sign-up required. The Pro plan ($14/month) unlocks unlimited links and additional features. Pro subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time.

4. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal at any time. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to generate UTM links for spam or phishing campaigns, or to attempt to disrupt the service. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data or campaign tracking accuracy issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
